The ECI State Board is subject to the State Open Meetings Laws. Since COVID-19 (March 2020), the ECI State Board has been meeting 100% virtual and was supported by Governor Reynolds Executive Order; specifically Section Ninety Nine.
Effective June 4, 2021, the ECI State Board will continue to meet virtually. The virtual connections will be shared/made available to the public. A host site (State Capitol, Room 14) is reserved for this meeting for any member of the public not able to participate in Zoom to hear the conversation.
