Prevent, Teach and Reinforce Young Children (PTRYC)
Upon completion of one or both age-group training series; the Prevent, Teach and Reinforce Young Children (PTR-YC) provides an additional tier of learning for early childhood providers in how to support young children. This evidence-based model supports early learning teams to resolve patterns of serious challenging behavior. PTR-YC is a user-friendly model of positive behavior support that is intended to help young children whose challenging behaviors are compromising their social, emotional and intellectual development.
